Worst experience ever. Mary was rude and brushed me and my partner off! We were looking for someone to help us book our next trip. This lady didn’t ever offer us a seat once we walked in. No help at all. Don’t waste your time people. You’re better off getting great deals online!!
I was looking for a place to help me and my partner for our next vacation. We came across this website and read good reviews. We usually book our trips ourselves but wanted to get some professional ideas based on the places we've been to before. Unfortunately me and my partner can't say we had a good experience at all. We walked into this place, there was no one there, no customers waiting other than a woman sitting at her desk. She asked us if we needed help. We tried to explain that we were looking for some suggestions because we ran out of options. This lady's name is Mary. Before we can even tell her anything, she was brushing us off and came across as very rude. The few minutes we were there she never offered us a seat, we were standing over her head hoping to get the help we wanted. She never asked if we traveled before or never asked if we had up to date passports. In fact Mary sat there telling us we needed passports first, she made some remarks as if she was implying that we had never traveled in our lives and that we needed to decide where exactly we wanted to travel to before consulting her. I mean you would think a travel agency would actually take there time to open people 's mind up an talk about packages but I did not get that from MARY at all! She did not make us feel welcome and was brushing us off like we was not going to pay our money. This was the worst experience ever! I will never recommend anyone to go there sorry but this business will never get one cent out of my pocket..
