I had two move twice due to not lining up an apartment by the time I needed to leave, so I had two moving experiences with Simply Moving. They could not have been more professional and accommodating. Everything went incredibly smoothly, they made sure that all of my things were packed properly, and were incredibly fast. Walter, the guy who came to move my things both times is amazing and so kind. Five stars!
Simply Moving is Simply the Best movers in the NYC area! If you hire them you will not be disappointed. Even before the moving team arrived on time, we received notification ahead of time reassuring us about the scheduled move. We did not have a straight forward move but that was not a problem with the team. They even offered to disassemble our bed frame we were throwing out and they even took it down for us! So so impressed with them.
We will definitely use them again for another move and refer them to all of our friends and family who need to move.

From the 1st contact with Carlos who came to do the survey, we felt very comfortable. The price was right (lower than competitors). The Office Manager (Marian) emailed us to keep us informed during the process.

The team who moved us called 1/2 hour before arriving. The 4 people (Walter, John, Horatio and Luis) were very professional, pleasant and answered our questions without stopping their work. The team worked very well together and did everything they had to do efficiently.
The team was amazing. Carlos got us started with a great quote. He did a thoral list of the items to be moved. He offered tips and assist us with extra boxes that were loaners for hanging clothing on the day of moving. My quote was emailed to me with a detailed list that same night I was amazed with the cost, very reasonable. Day of the move which I selected was not a problem. The drivers show up early ready to work and packing material in hand. The drivers Ivan and Justin were respectful, cheerful, and delightful. They put my boxes in the rooms that correspond with the writing on the boxes. Yes I give a thumbs up to this company and will recommend them to my friends. Good job simply moving. Thank you.
