Great place to shop or catch a movie. Bay Plaza is much better than what it use to be a couple years ago. There are way more stores and the movie theater got a upgrade with new reclining seats!
I went shopping in JC Penny, Victoria Secret and at the nail salon and all the staffs there was very helpful to me. Great job guys. The only problem was that we had to stand up outside in the cold while there is a little waiting area inside where the Security cloud let stand,before they open the Mall. While when I shopped at the Cross Country Mall at Macy's the security guards let us the shoppers stay inside the little waiting area before the store opens.
Love this mall. But there are no directions as per where to find the stores. The place is so big, that you literally have to walk around trying to figure out where the store you want to go is located. It would be great if they add these signs. Other than that, everything you can possibly need is here. From a chiropractor to ice cream. From shoes to movie theaters, from gym to clothing stores. It's awesome.
This community in the Bronx has one of the largest mall's in the city. It is a safe and wonderful place to shop. This community also has there own public safety department that is backed up by the local police precinct. Great chain oriented restaurants.
With the heavy renovations, upscale editions of a indoor mall and additional stores added to the roster Bay Plaza more than deserves it's 4 star rating. Who ever made the investment for all the add-ons was a genius. At this point there isn't anything you can't find at the shopping center, and better still there is always parking.
