The doctor gives very good explanations about procedures, and the office is very good with follow up.
I brought my sick 11 month old kitten in to the office on Saturday tearful as I did not know what was wrong with him. He had been vomiting and not eating for the past two days and not playing with his toys!!! I knew something was wrong, took him to the vet and Dr. Andrew and his staff were wonderful. He ran tests, gave my little guy something for his stomach, something to increase his appetite, all the while keeping me updated on what he was doing and explaining the possibilities. He was extremely informative and I can tell that he cared about the well-being of my kitten. He even conducted a follow up call a couple of days later to check on my little guy who is back to his playful, eating everything self. Thank you Dr. Andrew and your staff for the excellent service that you provided.
Otherwise I have had a very good experience with the quality of care.
The only complaint I have is the inconsistent pricing quotes, but from what I have noticed it seems to be just a problem with one person. That can be inconvenient for those on a budget, as pet healthcare is no joke.
The staff of Throgs Neck Animal hospital take great care of my cats without ever pushing me to spend more than I can afford. It's a delicate balance that not many vets can master. The office is clean and the people are professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
Really great service and the workers are so kind. They are a little expensive I think, but for them to take car of my kitty it was worth it. Got right to the point and knew what was wrong. Glad I went!
