Overall a good park. Nothing too fancy but a nice place to get away from the bustle of the city and have a picnic or enjoy some sports. Beautiful scenic view of the water. I ride my bike through here frequently and have hiked in the back to the Whitestone bridge. People love to play soccer over here, fly planes, cricket, so many different and fun things. Be very careful of ticks! DO NOT go past the cleared areas for any reason! The place is INFESTED with ticks beyond clearings, I know I've made the mistake of going in and finding several attached to my leg and sneakers.
