Live music , bachata, banda, famous artist, security, huge place , big bathrooms, beer, and liquor Love it. Highly recommended I have been there a couple of times. I give this place 5 stars. Great place.
I’ve been going here for YEARS! Tonight was the topping on the cake. The service there is mind blowing! I have never seen people so ignorent in my life! They’re very discriminative and sexist as well! I would drive for an hour and a half from CT to NY just to enjoy myself but never again will attend this place!!!
Horrible customer service and over priced. They will pat you down all your private places. The lady even looked inside my tiny pocket size wallet, to check for what?! Be prepared to be violated. We had to pay $3 per coat, and we didn't even want to put it away. Needs reservations to sit in the sides. And If you don't speak Spanish, good luck ordering cause they don't understand English. Do not recommend this place.
Nice place but can get overcrowded at times. Security members need to be more polite and respectful.
Worst experience ever! Website says they are open at 9pm, we get there and we have to wait 1 hour, cause apparently the website is wrong. Then we asked if we need reservations, they said no. Until 10pm, a waitress comes in saying we can't sit at the side because these were reserved. The lady who checks every one, basically gonna violate you. Be prepared to be touched in all sorts of private places. Not even worth the ghetto music they play. Do not recommend this place. Worse service ever.
