Damn some kids pull the fire alarm and the got us in the cold for two hours. I used to love coming here with my son the need better management. Especially for emergency issue.
I attend this theater most since they upgraded to reclining seats and it's next to the mall. The weekends get chaotic, not sure why there is always a line for tickets when everyone has smart phone but whatever. The concession stand needs more help, they have an AMC member line that is ALWAYS slower than the regular line. But the staff are friendly and helpful and they try to keep the theater clean.
I've been frequenting this movie theater for the better part of a decade. And I can thankfully say that things have changed here for the better. And, these changes have truly made the movie viewing experience great. Where do I start? The reclining seats in each theater are insanely comfortable, the self-service soda fountain is convenient, and the staff is helpful. My only recommendations for this theater are to reduce line times at the snack bar and to regularly clean the restrooms.
very horrible service, always sold out. Manager don't care how long your on a line. they have sold me ices and after I pay no ices. The regular employees are very polite and try to provide good services but when your working under a weak leader its really hard to provide grate customer services. New Management might be helpful!
This is the only theater that I frequent. The recliner seats are super comfy and you get to reserve them which is awesome. The staff is helpful also. Do not be perturbed by negative comments. Try it out for yourself.
