I have never encountered such poor customer service and verbal abuse in my life. The owner went on say (now yelling) that she didn't care if my grandfather was in a Nursing Home and that the price had changed, she asked that I take a picture of her hand written sign she had in sharpie (that I had never seen before) and send it to my grandfather and that she didn't care what his personal financial and medical problem were. She then wrapped up his sack of clothes and said she was going to throw them away.
They wash machine is good and they dryers are very good and it's fast
I went to the laundromat to drop off and as usual I pay in advance with tip. The person at the counter seemed inexperienced. When I went to pick up they said I owed the full amount. I argued that I already paid and that they check the video. The guy said "no no no - that was weeks ago" . Why would I try to beat a laundromat for a lousy $15 drop off? People don't have proper business sense nowadays. Now he will lose $40 a week because I planned on dropping off all my laundry there- not now!
Good place to do laundry but continues music that give u headache
The owner to this Laundromat is a crook. They charged me $11.50 to wash my grandfathers clothes, then when I go to pick up the clothes they charge me an additional $8 because my grandfather had a twin blanket. When I refused to pay the $8 because there there's nothing post on the receipt stating that the price can be change after the fact, the owner said she wouldn't give my grandfather his clothes instead she will throw them away.
Very busy place limited place to seat good quality of laundry machines once you add $20.00 on your laundry card you get $2.00 bonus
I've been using their laundry service for the past 2 years since my grandfather was admitted into a Nursing Home near by. When I told her why didn't you call me on the cell phone number that was listed before you made the change in price, she said because they don't make phone calls. I told her that wasn't true because they have call me twice in the past when my grandfather's laundry has not been pick up after a period of time. Making adjustments to the price without our consent should have never done. We should have been notified first before taking matter into her own hands.
In the end I left with nothing not even the $11.50 worth of clothes that were originally agreed upon. I will never return hear again.
