used them again for siding at my parents house, lowest price and very professional work. I must say this company is the best, they finished every thing on time and its already 10 years since they did roof for my cousins and no complains so far, my roof was done in 2008 and its still in good shape.
So i must say they have done Excellent work for us.
I had a skylight installed about two years ago and it leaked all over the inside of my house. I then gave GR construction a honest, but unkind review on their workmanship and practices. Kenny (who works for GR construction) called and begged me to give him another chance to repair the work. I then allowed him to order me a custom-made skylight that would he claims would not leak while paying the difference for the new skylight. I am so happy I did give him a second-chance. In fact, Kenny no longer sells the leaking skylight model to his customers, because he has learned it is not worth the bad reviews. This speaks to his integrity and his honesty. My new skylight is perfect. It does NOT leak and looks fantastic! I am really happy with Kenny from GR Construction -- we are even considering asking GR to replace our windows. We trust them that much after the past year of phone calls, letters, etc.
We had renovation on an apartment in the city. After 3 months we asked them to leave the site. Kenny would not answer the phone or reply to emails. His subcontract crew walked away during the job twice. failure to pay. Had no interest in finishing the job after ignoring our concerns about a lack of labor. We have to rip up the bathroom because toilet wasn't vented properly and that's the beginning of the new contractors job. Simply lived up to the contractors reputation and made enough money to walk from the job. And he knew we have 2 more apartment renos upcoming...
horrible, complained about leaking in my roof still after repair, kenny, would not call me back or show up, had another roofer up there today, showed me pictures, they charged me a ton of work they never did, they did 25% of the work, and charged me 75%, stay far away from kenny and these guys, they are absolute ripoffs !!!
We hired these general contractors last year, they repaired our roof, stucco and brick pointing, and water proofing for our basement. Their work is awesome we are very happy. their is no more problem with our roof or basement good price too.
I highly recommend them.
