My experience with this store was the worse. I would not recommend anyone buy from here. The blonde female staff member was very nasty and didn't want to accommodate me with the order that they messed up. Most of the things that I paid for were all wrong. The delivery person that came to my house rushed everything and walked out with $110 dollars for nothing. I am so pissed. He didn't try to get my sofa on the elevator. I had a sofa in my house from Harlem furniture that was bigger than what I purchased from this disgusting store and it fit and was moved into my apt. Now they want me to pay a fee to have the couch I purchased broken down to get in my apt. I will never go in that store again. They have staff that is not properly trained what to tell their customers about labor and delivery. All they want is your money and to make a sale. I should have went to Harlem furniture. I don't give them no rating because they are the worse!!!!
Came here on a late night almost when they closed and when I asked what I wanted the 2 piece couch set to look like, Arelis, was very helpful in showing me couches that could meet what I wanted. She answered any question I had and showed me a couch similar to what i wanted, just not in the color that i wanted and I still choose to go with it anyway. Fortunately, she called me the next day and the couch in the color i originally wanted was available. Great experience here!
My experience there was amazing. He was very helpful and I love the merchandise. The bed are so comfortable I was ready to go sleep in the place. I want everyone to go check out this place. The price are worth your money and time.
Carlos is very knowledgeable and gave my family and I exceptional customer service! The prices are unbelievable for the product quality-- more bank for your buck for sure! I will definitely be making my next home furnishing purchase at this location.
I have to add that I went back to the store and was taken care of by a beautiful soul named Mia. Mia and Rob took great care of me. They got a terrific moving crew by the Mae of The Ramsey Team to break down my furniture and move it into my apt. I got all the items I paid for because of Mia and Rob. I really think that they should run this store because their customer service skills are phenomenal! I thank them so much. I had to hug Mia because I was so overwhelmed. If anyone is buying from this store please deal with Mia and Rob. Also ask for The Ramsey Team to move your items to your home. They are very professional and take their time with your things. Dealers my with anyone else, you will have a terrible experience just like I had. Thank you Mia!!!!
Roberto was such a great help. He showcased great patience and customer service for myself and sometimes difficult mother. He made the process a very smooth one and if you plan on coming in I would suggest you ask for him above all else.
