I waited nearly an hour though I showed up on time for my appointment. After x-rays were taken the process was fast. Dr. Williams was nice and well-informed. The dental cleaning good. My low rating is for the receptionist Tenesha who is unhappy and miserable. Don't know how to talk to people. A relative of the owners of the practice means she can act like a rude B. The owners will pretend no one has ever said anything negative about Tenesha but that miserable woman is bad for business!
I had a great experience at Dental Smiles Unlimited. Very thorough, helpful, and knowledgable staff and dentists. Their goodie bags are awesome!

It is so difficult to find a good dentist, especially in the Bronx. Everything about this dental office is awesome. Every dental hygienist I have encountered is gentle, patient and does a very good job with the cleaning. The dentist are nice, and make you feel comfortable - and at ease. Tenisha the office manager is very kind and explains everything effectively and clearly. Wont go anywhere else!
Called to schedule a first-time appointment and got an exasperated woman on the phone with an attitude. When I told her I'd rather just find another office she said "perfect". I'm staying away from this place! Life is too short to deal with people like this.
