The building was created by an architect that was known for building impressive malls. I hope your-in shape or just there for jury duty. Clean and attractive.
Every person that works here is rude and cant answer anything. The lady thay works behind the counter in room 212 summons clerk office. She is a retard. I asked here three times to look up my ticket she just told me to have a seat. That she didnt know ANYTHING, its my first time in new york court and she couldnt even answer what happens after i sit or anything usefull. I hope she gets fired, no wonder she ended up working an affirmative action job instead of going to school for something helpful or interesting. She just lazy. And now all the rude ass people in new york have turned her and her co workers into nasty , uneducated , ignorant ,stupid people who all act like there working inside the jail, Not out of it. I hope she crashes her car on the way home and gets a ticket for reckless driving. and then someone hits her parked crashed car and she loses her house key and it rains really hard and her phone dies.
The worst place. No one does their job. No one picks up the phone. Everyone has an attitude and hates their life.
This court was great, friendly judges, friendly court officers, friendly prosecutors, friendly prosecutor's witnesses, and in general a very friendly environment. .... no just kidding. This is a criminal court! What kind of a review can anyone leave? lol google get real... no one has a positive experience in court that warrants a review. Not the court officers that are miserable, not the judges who are tired, not the staff at the clerks office who are annoyed and not anyone else who had to ever do anything inside this place. Stay away.
Don't forget the people who were arrested or received a summons and are here for an appearance or to pick up their records, these are a real wild bunch. They are a show within a show. I suggest of anyone works nearby to stop in and watch the activities at the clerk office windows. Maybe lucky and catch a live comedy or a dram unfold.
