Horrible receptionist
Called to discuss burying a relative and spoke to Angela who was insensitive, a poor listener, unsympathetic, long winded and condescending. Unfortunately, I had no choice on who I could speak to; so I had to suffer by speaking with Angela for 30 minutes (which should have been 10 minutes). She need phone etiquette training and and a class on empathy, sympathy and acitive listening!
Its a beautiful cemetery, the only thing i wish was different is the hours cause most people work and cant make it in time to pay their respect to their loves one's. I would to go after work but traffic and distance keeps me on hold.
It's a nice place for ur last resting place. Easy to get to. R. I. P. Fam.
I have been trying to get someone (anyone) to call me back for an appointment but this has been quite a challenge. It worries me what it would be like if I needed to bury someone immediately!
