Robbed me $800 for one from NY to VA. Great lair, robber, cheater. Here is the story about their lie. First, they told me that they do not accept Insurance and gave me their high quote. When I had a reservation number from Geico in their system, then they accepted it. Here is the deal. Initially they gave me $41.00 per day when they saw my coverage $30 per day. A while later they changed the rate from $41.00 to $75.00 per day when they saw coverage up to $900. This was price if car returns to this location otherwise different. For one day from NY to VA (Arlington), the small car is $725 for one day and $800 for a pathfinder for just one day from NY to VA (Arlington). Interesting thing happened after charging my card, when I had the key, they told me to get the receipt from the drop off location and send it to Geico for reimbursement. They did not even bill to my insurance company Just to share with you, just be careful with them.
i had a great general experience until i realized april ( a manager) was now located in that location. I had a huge issue with her at a previous location in yonkers and she was very rude and unprofessional
Awesome customer service! The staff are courteous, quick and efficient. Instead of having to wait around all day to rent a car, these guys had me in and out of this place, with an upgrade within 20 minutes! Door to door service - picked me up from the auto body collision shop where I left my car, right to the Hertz rental counter. And they even carried my transferring items to and from each vehicle! I do not take this kind of service for granted. Thumbs up gentlemam!

Best Hertz I've ever been to, and I've been to several across the eastern US. The staff is super helpful and service was excellent. I come here exclusively for any car rentals, especially because of their pretty decent prices.
Quick & easy process, (less than 15 mins & had a temp. license) the car was nice and clean and the staff was on point and professional. The reservation price was the same online as at pick up and no extra charges were placed.
