The family there are not kind. They seem to always have an attitude, the women always has her kids with her so she always distracted and the husband seems to be annoyed when dealing with customers. I miss the old owners.. these people don't like their job. I only gave 3 stars because I love the cake.

I used to get all my birthday cakes from this particular store, memories are so vivid 4 me. Greatest cakes ever! I live in Virginia but can't wait to go up top n scoop me up couple of cakes of course
Valencia Bakery is staple in my birthday parties my family celebrates. And for good reason, the original bakerys from the Valencia line were legendary. Now however I think the cakes no longer have the beautiful and passion that once went into every cake they made. None the less we still by cakes from them.
I love Valencia cake been getting it for years. But lately the cake that are already there that you can purchase seems like they selling cake that's been in the store for a day or two. When I cut into it it's breaks or it's very dry. I also miss the previous owners the new ones him and his wife seem like they have no customer service experience a bit rude and sarcastic at times. I rather get my cakes directly from the factory. But don't give up on Valencia just maybe that location.
